Update16 June 2024: Correction: We have come to learn that Marine Scott Van Grol was awarded the Victor T. Fisher Award by Department Commandant William McGowan in 2013, while Marine Van Grol served as Department Adjutant. At this time, we are not aware of any additional recipients. As such, Marine Van Grol appears to have been the first recipient of this award.
