At the Department of New York’s 93rd Annual Convention, Department Jr. Vice Commandant Michael Pisciotti proudly announced this year’s Jr. Vice Poster Contest winner. The winning poster was submitted by the Carmen Ramputi Detachment #861, based in Beacon, New York. This detachment has consistently demonstrated excellence and creativity, and this year’s entry was no exception.
The talented artist behind the winning poster is veteran Jeanette Passons, who is also the daughter of Commandant Tony Pulliam. Jeanette’s work beautifully encapsulated the spirit and values of the organization, earning her well-deserved recognition. Her artwork stood out among numerous submissions for its originality and compelling message.
