Hello Brothers and Sisters in the League,

In light of Commandant Griffin’s recent decision not to run for a second term as National Commandant of the Marine Corps League, and following Sr Vice TJ Morgan’s announcement that he will be running for National Commandant; I am therefore announcing my candidacy for National Senior Vice Commandant at the upcoming 2024 National Convention in Palm Springs California.

We should all be so very grateful for Commandant Griffin, who has dedicated so much of his time, talents, and energy to the MCL for so very long. I cannot imagine the balancing act that has been required to not only have led our League since Oklahoma City, but to do so while caring for his wife as she has battled severe illness. Please keep Griff and Cheryl in your thoughts and prayers as they continue to face down these difficult times and whatever may lie ahead for them and their family.

I have been so very blessed to have the opportunity to serve our League and her membership and I would greatly appreciate your continued trust and confidence as we keep growing the League together.
